This Robert DeNiro-owned hotel in Manhattan's TribBeCa neighborhood looks as if it has been there since the turn of the last century. Inside, much of the wood used is reclaimed, as is much of the décor, french doors from the Flatiron Building, fixtures from a 1950's automat, and the like. The 88 room, eight-floor hotel measures in at 75,000 square-feet and includes the Shibui Spa (complete with a 250-year-old Japanese house that was shipped over from near Kyoto) and a lantern-lit pool.
