This stately hotel bar was once home to the Francis Craig Orchestra, credited with launching the career of jazz singer Dinah Shore in 1949.

Ingredients

1. Ice
2. 2 ounces bourbon
3. 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
4. 5 ounces unsweetened iced tea
5. 1 mint sprig and 1 lemon wedge

Directions

1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the bourbon, Cointreau and iced tea and stir. Garnish with the mint sprig and lemon wedge.
