MAKES 1 DRINK

ingredients

Ice
2 ounces rye
1/2 ounce Cynar
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
2 maraschino cherries, skewered on a toothpick

directions

Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice. Add the rye, Cynar and vermouth and stir vigorously. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the skewered cherries.
