I served this soup for a ladies lunch.  It was super easy, very good and just right for an elegant lunch.  I served with bread and a cheese fondue (receip also from F&W)

This soup was excellent. I was a little weary when I had to add the egg but since this soup I have been adding it to all my chicken broth based soups. What I also like about this soup is that you can add whatever pasta you want and I threw in some roasted chicken. I kind of put in everything but the kitchen sink.
