Sudden Headache

Elm Street Liquors has two drink menus: one for such girly cocktails as Sudden Headache, served in Champagne flutes, and one for macho options like Arm Candy, served in pilsners.

Ingredients

1. Ice
2. 1 1/2 ounces mango nectar or juice
3. 1 ounce silver tequila
4. 3/4 ounce triple sec
5. 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
6. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
7. 2 1/2 ounces chilled demi-sec Champagne

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the Champagne and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and top with the Champagne.
