Chef Mario Batali and his business partner, Joseph Bastianich, have brought many of the signature dishes from their New York–Italian empire to the Venetian. Batali’s boldly flavored menu features combinations like fennel-dusted sweetbreads with duck bacon.
We loved: Beef-cheek ravioli with black truffles and crushed duck-liver sauce.
