Artichokes Braised in Olive Oil and White Wine
Tom Colicchio prepared the wedding menu for F&W Editor in Chief Dana Cowin, who wanted to be sure that the vegetarians in the crowd would have some hearty food, even if they skipped the main course. This artichoke dish, with lots of baby vegetables, seemed just the thing.
